Strategy of Ten Biogas Plants Implementation
Development of a strategic framework for establishing ten biogas plants across the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
The project included conducting cost-benefit analyses, assessing investment opportunities, and evaluating the social, economic, and environmental impacts of the proposed infrastructure.
The strategy was developed in collaboration with key stakeholders, including be’ah, Haya Water, Madinat Al Khazain, Sultan Qaboos University, and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), to support sustainable development and maximize the value of biogas as a renewable energy resource.
Every strategic project should create measurable value. At Excellence for Development, we transform policies, opportunities, and national priorities into sustainable solutions with real impact.
